How to Attach Documents to an Activity:
PlanStreet provides you with an option to attach any documents to an activity.
1. Click on Cases icon from the left navigation bar. It will take you to the Cases page.
2. Select any case you want to attach a document to.
3. After selecting a case it will take you to Case Board. Select any activity you want to attach the document to.
4. After clicking on the activity it will open the Activity detail screen. Scroll down and you will find 'Attachment' function. You can drag a file to attach it on the activity or you can also select a file from the system.
5. To manually upload a file, select the 'Click Here' button on the Attachment area and a new window will open to select a file. Choose the file you wish to attach and click on open to select the file.
6. Click on 'Save' to save the changes on the activity.
