PlanStreet allows system to send automatic emails as notifications so that the clients, customers and workers/resources are fully aware of the the changes take place on the system.
In this document will be show you how the system sends an email notification when a new task, activity or story is created in the system.
When a owner of a project or case assign a task or activity to a resource it will send them an email on there email id with a URL link they can use to look at the task or activity.
This is n example of how you will be getting an email notification. You will receive an email from PlanStreet Notifications.
1. In this you will be notified if a new task is created or if a task id deleted or if a task is edited. It can also be an activity or a story.
2. In this section you will find the name of the Task. and other important details related to the task, activity or story.
3. You will find a URL link with will take you directly to the task.
