Creating a Donor:
1. To create a new Donor click on to Donor icon on the left navigation panel. It will take you to the Donor screen where you will find all the existing donors list and their details.
2. Click on '+Add' on the top right corner to create a new Donor.
A new window will appear to add details of the new donor.
3. Fill in with all the information for the new donor and click on Save.
If the checkbox "Add Donation" is checked , Donation details are open where a user can enter the Grant Type , Amount , Date and Payment Type.
'+' button is used to enter multiple donation entries.
4. After clicking on save you will find the new donor on donor main screen list.
Editing a Donor:
1. Clicking on the Name of the donor you want to edit will launch the donor information screen.
2. Click on the edit icon in the upper right to enter "Edit Mode".
4. After clicking on the edit button, the fields will become editable allowing you to make the changes you required. Once finished, click on 'Save' button to save the changes.
Deleting a Donor:
1. Select the donor(s) you want to delete. Simple click the box on the left of the donor to select it. The rows will highlight once selected.
2. After selecting the donor, click on 'Delete' button from above to delete the donor.
*Note: Clicking on delete will delete the donor and all the information related to that donor.
