List View for Cases
PlanStreet Case Management product does support a List View of your Case. You will fin the List View tab on the top bar next to Case Board.
The List View of a Case may be useful for Case managers transitioning from Waterfall methodology to Agile as it allows you to see the Case data in a format that you are used to. By scrolling to the right, you will also have a view of the actual hours logged against the Case, and all the Case’s financial information.
Note that Activities that are still in the Backlog are not shown in the List View because they have not been scheduled to be worked on yet.
You will also note that each Activity has the same timeline as the Program it is in. Activities in Case are planned to be completed in one Program so their duration is the same as the length of the Program.
Programs in Case turned into Phases when you click it on List View, and Stories changes into Tasks.
Number of Work hours can be planned based on how the workers are allocated to the Activities but may not be of great value if the Programs are 2-3 weeks in length.
Settings: On the top of List View you will find display settings button. This button will help you select all the columns you want to see in List View. You can also arrange the columns according to your preferences. Click on Save to update the data.
