In Applicants section you will find all those cases which are filled by the clients. When you send an intake form to a client, upon receiving the client's intake form will be kept into the applicants section for review. The cases under applicant section are unpublished and are only accessible by the authorized workers.
On the applicants main screen you will see the list of all the unpublished cases with details. Also under the 'Action' column you find three dots '...'. By clicking on these dots you can perform different actions, which are mentioned as follows:
Publishing Cases from Action Tab:
On the applicants main screen you will see the list of all the unpublished cases with details. Click on the "Publish" button to move your case from applicants section to the active cases section.
Publishing Cases from Case Details Page:
Another way to publish your cases are from the case details page. To go on case details page, click on Cases and select any case from the list.
Click on Case Detail tab from the top menu bar.
Scroll down and clink on 'Case Management Details' section to expand. Under 'Case Management Details' section you will find Published tab. Click on the Published tab to select 'Yes' or 'No' option. Select 'Yes' if you want to move the case from Applicants to Active cases.
After editing the case details section, scroll down and click on Save to update the Case information.
