Click on Cases Icon from the Main menu.
Then from the list of Cases click on any available Case.
Once the case is loaded, select the Case Detail tab from the top.
Click on the EDIT button at the top right.
Open the Case Management Details section.
Click on Link to Case drop down list. A list of all the active cases in the system will appear.
From this list select the case that you wish to link.
Link to Case Relationship will define the relationship with the case. If the required value is not available in the list, you can type the value that is needed and hit Enter to add.
To add multiple links to a case. Click the “+” button at the end of the line to create a new link.
Once all the links for a case have been added, scroll down to the bottom and click SAVE.
Once a case is linked it will show up on the Main Case screen so that you can see which cases are linked.
