Grant management is all of the administration and work that goes into using and fulfilling the requirements of a grant. Both nonprofits who receive grants and organizations that distribute grants are involved in grant management. In Planstreet we can add the Donation on Donor's screen and could define the different types of Grants received by the donors.
Go to How to Create a Donor Screen and after creating a Donor you can define different types of Grants with date and payment mode.
After Defining grant Click on [Save] button. Now move to Case board and select Activity Card and select Grant Type from the dropdown list , enter the Grant Amount and Click on [Save] button.
Activity popup is closed and Grant Amount is shown as Actual Fixed amount in List View for the respective Activity and rolled up to the Case level.
This Actual Fixed cost is also reflected on Case Financial Screen under Cost > Actual > Fixed Cost.
