How to manually attach a Template to create a Case
The Case Template drop down can be found in the Case Management Details section of the intake. The template can be assigned when the case is created or at a later date if needed.
- Click on case template and it will show you all the templates created in the system. After selecting the template, click on save to create a new case with the template.
Once a Template has been selected and applied, then the Case Board will show.
PlanStreet has the ability to automatically assign a template to a case when created. Instead of manually applying a template as shown above, you can go to the system settings and choose which template you want to automatically apply to a case when created.
The first step is to go to the Street Admin section from the left menu.
Next select the system settings category.
Once the settings load, scroll until you find "Default Case Template". Click the dots on the right side and then choose which template you want to automatically apply to cases upon creation.
