Forms may be sent / shared from a couple different locations in the system. Sending / sharing a form allows it to be filled out by someone that does not have access to the PlanStreet system. Once the form is completed is it submitted and will come back into the system where it can be reviewed and utilized.
Sending a Form from the Case
The first place you can send a form from is from within a case file itself. Sending a form from here allows the form to be filled out and connected directly to the case when it comes back in to the system. Click on the "Send" drop down and choose the method you want to send the form by. The system will send the form to the email / mobile number on file.
Sending a Form from My Forms
The other place that you can send / share a form from is from the My Forms area located within the main forms area found on the left menu bar.
Once on the My Forms screen, choose the form you wish to send / share and then choose "Share" from button from the upper right section above the form itself.
Shareable Link - creates a link to the form that can be sent via text, email or chat.
Email / Text - opens a pop box that allows you to chose who you want to send the form to, link it to a case, and add a message to be sent along with the form.
Share client - this shares the form with the client on the client portal
Clients - choose a client to send the form to. It will use the email / mobile number from the intake for the client.
Other Addresses - Choose people other than the client to send the form to.
Editable Form - clicking this option will allow the form to remain editable when it comes back into the system.
Forms - lists the form(s) that you wish to send
Linked Cases - If there is not an email / mobile number on file for the client you can link the form to a case here. When it comes back it will go directly to the case listed here.
Subject - this will be the subject of the email / text
Message - Add an additional message to the recipient
If a form comes back and is not linked to a case or the information provided does not match a case in the system, then the form will be sent to the Miscellaneous Forms section.
