The main Forms screen cab be found inside a case file by clicking the "Forms" Tab at the top. Online forms can be filled out and submitted for a case or sent out to the client to be filled out and returned.
From this screen you can fill out a new form or you can view, edit or search for an existing form.
Clicking here will show you the list of all the forms available to be filled out or sent out for a client.
Clicking here will allow you to search for an existing form.
All of the forms that have been submitted or saved to a case will show up on this screen. The forms shown in blue have been saved but not submitted. The green forms have been submitted and can not be edited unless given permission.
